While Christmas shopping in the cooking section of the bookstore, I came across this book, I'd forgotten all about this!  It takes ages for a book to get published and on the shelves.  I remember the biggest challenge on this shoot was not keeping the chef/author looking good, but the FOOD!  It was really hot and the food kept wilting.  "new salad on set"...
